Barack Obama arrives in Norway to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. President and Michelle Obama will attend a Nobel Peace Prize ceremony where Obama will accept the 2009 award and deliver a speech.

Obama is the third, in office, U.S. president to win the award.  Theodore Roosevelt received the honor in 1906 and Woodrow Wilson in 1919.  He is the fourth president overall, Jimmy Carter won in 2002.
